this kind of runes best for support - u can change only MPenetr(red) for +armor or magicResist

21 in Utility - must have,but u can change Offense with Defense if u need more surv.

Put wards near dragon at 5 min than again when first ward end,when u get money for philo stone and 1-2 wards go b and buy it.
With this gear u have 35% CDred and +9g every 10sec...after u get all this gear u must buy and put as much wards as possible(at enemy jungle,dragon and nashor)try that some1 protect u when u do this or use cv for safety

If need more dmg u can learn Q and W spells by turns

use CV at enemy base at 00-09sec,and don't forget use cv near ur bushes or at top(btw when u see that somewhere fight and enemy try hide in bushes use cv here - it can help a lot)

In early game u have a lot problems with mana and money so play careful - if enemy at ur line stronger than u and they push u always use cv at ur bushes every cd cus they can make a trap.
If every thing ok - try use cv at enemy jungle.At 4-5 go put ward near dragon and try that enemies haven't seen it.

wards must be at enemy blue and red,dragon,nashor and 4 wards somewhere near mid(or where often teamfights).When u get Oracle play more careful - try to find enemy wards at bushes near mid and ofc near dragon and nashor.That item build best for mid and late game and all money u get u must spend on wards , but if get superfluous 1k gold every 5-7min u can buy Shurelya reverie or Aegis of legion.
