So, this is my guide on how I play Talon. Talon is an assassin that delivers his damage all in bursts using spells, basically an AD caster. Initially he relies on his spells to get him kills, but when he gets fed by doing this, he can deliver his burst on someone then keep on fighting with auto attacks while his spells are on cooldown. His role in a teamfight is to burst down whoever is squishiest on the other team. He's also a kind of anti-carry character due to his abilities. Cutthroat+ Noxian Diplomacy, then Shadow Assault to become stealthed and immune to auto attacks for 2.5 seconds to buy time for Noxian Diplomacy to cooldown, then as Shadow Assault is about to end, use Rake on them, to deal damage and slow them for Talon's passive to activate. Noxian Diplomacy them again, which should have its damage amplified by 10% thanks to Talon's passive. Maybe one more auto attack is necessary to get the kill, but then they're dead and even though they're an AD carry, they'll have only managed to land maybe, 1-2 auto attacks on you? A fed Xin Zhao has nothing on a fed Talon. Talon wins every time.

For runes I take 9 Greater Mark of Desolation, 9 Greater Seal of Strenght, 9 Great Glyph of Strenght and 3 Greater Quintessence of Strenght. I choose'd thes runes for early game harassment so u would have advantage over your lane opponent. A these runes are very usefull in late game too so enjoy.

I chose Flash and Exhaust for summoners spells because u can slow enemies when they run and u can also catch them if u are too far away and cant cast Exhaust.


I chose Flash for one summoners spell because it's easy to catch enemies when they run. Also u can get out of ganks when u are i trouble by flashin over walls or just flashing away from enemies.

And for second summoners spell I chose Exhaust because it's good for early game harrasment because if they run u can cast exhaust and slow them. I also chose it because if eny of Talon's enemies are slowed he deal extra damaga so it's good for you to get easy kill's in early game.

Pros:

Insane Burst DPS
Very good maneuverability, and a good harr***er with W
Good Chaser with a W
His ult. His ult. Oh god, his ult. Not only does he have incredible solo target dps, but combined with his W and ult, Talon can single handedly wipe out an entire other team.
Amazing dancer



Cons:

Somewhat squishy
Focused HEAVILY once you start obliterating the other team
Susceptible to CC and silence
