Okay, lets say. If it had BB Code, it would be far more epic. But it's good as it is. I'll not +1 this for now, when you update it with new stuff, it'll be way better. As a Kass guy up there, called Phil15 said, Giant Belt and Phage is really viable for Irelia. I mostly use Frozen Mallet thanks to the Slowing and the HP. I love being called Haxor after 200 slows.

The build is good though classic as the guys above said some coding and section would improve this a lot.

Also it would be relevant to say that you dont need to rush trinity but should buy parts of it like then giant belt then you buy trinity.

Agreed with the above post. Feel free to look at my guide for some ideas. Also consider enabling "Require comment to vote" or even archiving the guide until you can make it look better or else you'll get trollvoted in no time.

Although you do have some good info its hard to read do to lack of coding and visual detail. I recommend checking out this guide as it will help alot with this

You also may want to split your guide up into chapters so it will be easier to read, nd distinguish between sections.
