Blahblahblah everything beyond this point is the Skarner build, anything above is useless Veigar... I have no idea why it won't let me make a NEW FRICKIN BUILD instead of defaulting back to the Veigar one, but whatever

this is just plain bad. a double rabadons will NEVER work. 140 AP? not that much if you have archangel staffs stacked. and besides, always initiate with E, starting with your W is plain stupid if you try to catch a running enemy E-W-Q-R is the combo. if this build is made for plain AP stacking you should go with sorcerers boots and just 5x archangels, if this is a serious build this is rediculous. and by you going 24/0 in a match doesnt matter, since you were probably queued with people under level 30 and 1600 ELO. i've had a 32/3/8 game as veigar with a TROLLBUILD i had 3 warmogs just for fun since his passive will make him get the desired AP.

Greater Seal of Replenishment are better than CDR seals. Also, unless you are building lots of mana items, Expanded Mind is not a good mastery. With those four points, you're only gaining 62 mana, not even enough to cast one spell.

you'll find that you get more AP through stacking Archangel staves.

you wont land a 1.2sec delay atk with a 1.5sec stun trust me ur reaction isnt gud enuf so get it later like lvl 5 or 7
