levels one through six blitz should be used to pull enemy heroes into your creeps or your turret range and then immediately knock them up. However blitz at low levels does not handle 1v1 the best. It is best to farm heavily until reaching level six. Once level 6 blitz can deal burst damage very fast. Rocket Grab -> Power Fist -> Static Field However be aware the passive on Static Field is very important for winning fights. Do not ult until it is necessary because his passive deals massive damage over time.

When this build is complete blitz has 302 Attack Damage, with his double up skill Power Fist and Trinity Force it is guaranteed to take a chunk out of any players health. This build is lacking IAS but it is not necessary with Overdrive. The increase of IAS with Overdrive plus the constant lightning from Static Field's passive makes blitz not just a burst damage character.

Note: With Baron buff and Elixir of Fortitude Blitz has 356 damage and 126 AP.

Getting last hits with blitz is relativity easy. Simply normal attack and as that is in progress hit Power Fist and it results in two consecutive hits which amount to half a creeps life early game.

Note: Getting Sheen as first item makes farming supper easy.
