Same thing for trinity force.
Frozen heart and aegis its a good choice
Runes: AP its not the best for blitz, I prefere CDR or life
you get so many different items that there is no true role for you. you are a very mediocre tank with high defense but low life. trinity force doesn't really help your damage/chasing ability so much for its cost, you already chase very nicely with your abilities.
i like that you get so many auras, but it's not really necessary. also you're very mana starved all the way through early-midgame.
