One question. did you see your stats with full build? These green numerals on the top of build are stats your blitzcrank. how you can see your CDR is 40% and it can't be bigger.

Well, I have read this build carefully and spotted a few flaws:

1. First off, the name of what you would call him. It sounds to me a lot like a "roamer". A roamer is a champion, that usually has high mobility and tends to gank lanes, but not quite like a jungler, since he is usually in a lane and he just goes missing from time to time, but they usually build more gp5 items to make up for the time they're not in the lane.

2. Thw biggest mistake you did, is the math on your CDR. If you'd looked into it, you would've found out, that the maximum CDR possible is 40%. Your build gives him an unbelievable ammount of 69.85%! A huuuuuuuuuge waste of gold and IP for runes.

3. If you have really read the B.B.B. guide, you would understand, that the way you build Blitz is far from efficient. Don't worry, I'm not just gonna critisize, so here are some suggestions:
-The biggest mistake from this part is, that you build Manamune before Sheen, this just doesn't work an well as the visa-versa way.
-What you buld here is quite inefficient in general. Lich bane would work really good with Bliz, but you should build entirely AP, you changed that, so it's better. Also, tear of teh goddes before boots, that is becouse that way you start getting as much procs as possible, bacouse with Blitz you can't really spam your abilities as much as some other champs (like Khartus etc.)....

First off, NO LICHBANE!!! If you are getting manamune, get trinity force! Not lichbane!!!

Blitzcrank is sort of tanky, so i would say this is pretty good.
