In the lane phase, just farm like a normal ADC, stacks 3 W (by AA him) on your enemy, then use a skill; do this, and you'll get him mad!

There's a secret, that i've learned in my 3 years of lol, there's a item in the shop, that is understimated, i build this every game, it's a winning booster!,

Use your ult to cancel GAP closers!
Your E to slow them! And to x1 someone (It cuts 50% of Healing!)

3xAA + Q/E = 25% of enemy's life. (or more 0.o)
