Introduction
I hope you enjoy this build. It is the best kiting and chasing build that Vayne can use, and the damage output is incredible if you know what you are doing.
Has one of the highest skillcaps of any build on any champion.
If you can stutter-step and kite effectively you should be able to kill any champion in the game with Vayne's incredible mechanics and your 35% cool down reduction.
Best to use if you're just looking to impress, or you are playing as an assassin.
