in This Build im Trying to make Viktor a Spammable Ap Champion who can do as much damage as possible rather than nuke and go away from team fights , amazing champion with 2 AOE skill shots Hard to play ?? yes ! but in the end He is Worthy

Viktor is a Must for any Summoner who plays Magic AP Champions , specially that he can out ranged most of the other Ap Mages at Mid ,
in this Build i focus on a great way of High Cool-down reduction plus a nuke build for him

i take full offensive runes for Quints i get (( Greater Quintessence of Potency )) , for marks Greater Marks of Insight , Seals Greater Seals of Potency , Glyphs - Greater Glyphs of Potency , which results a + 29 Ability Power and 8.5 Magic Penetration

E - Q - E - W - E - R - Q - E - Q - E - R - Q - W - W - W - R - W - W

Flash and ignite is great of Viktor for a couple of Reasons , Flash he can get out of the fight or get in - ignite is a great tool for Spell Vamp champions with hextech... Ahri , Katarina - Swain

you can poke Easily with Viktor almost any champion Easily if u master Death Ray and you will be safe as well from their pokes !! u can out ranged any of them and stay safe from their own damage , now there is a time where u have to get close i recommend to start Q which will ear some of their damage and then your Death Ray - if they fight back try to bait them with your Gravity field placing it on top of you and then u can poke back again with your Q or Death ray if its Available - few basic attacks can do good Damage as well -

try to go from behind of their backs start with your gravity field to slow them - it will give you enough time for your death ray and Q to focus one champion - i assure you with the help of your allies your ultimate well have enough damage to get both of them dead and ignite if possible to secure it for yourself or delay your ultimate for it !! or you can start with your ulti and Q combined with Gravity Field and Chase them with your Death ray as it can reach them under their turrets

Start with Amplifying Tome and a health Potion - afterwards go back for a shoes and Augment of Gravity why ?? well augment of gravity will give you 10% CD plus 200 mana !! which is a great item for any ap champion - rush your fiendish codex and build if into a Morelleo`s Evil Tome - which will add more CD - after wards go for you Rabadon , and build a Rylai Crystal Scepter , follow by a Death Fire Grasp -

your Death is Ray is the cheapest mana cost and a whole minion wave farming tool u can poke minions with basic attacks and then finish them off with your death ray - its easy once u learn it
