Its a decent build alright, I'm really missing some defense though, you're still kind-of squishy. I'd also pick a Hourglass over a Void Staff or RoA, the passive helps a LOT.
Did you even READ the guide to say that?I said depending on the sitautions you can take some defensive items and I listed these items.So tell me,where is the missing defense?

If u actually had the time to read further you wouldn't say that.
'',and cause he doesn't have an escape mechanism'' because Brand is squishy,health boosts his survivability aswell
And now I see that you have a build for Brand...Now guess what that makes me think of...
(Not only because of that but for other reasons as well)
Maybe I should clarify this in my build,my mistake.
What I mean by using e-q-w is when it's 1v1 in order to get as much dmg as possible.Not a gank,or when I engage enemy players with teammates.
About team fights,definately,ulti is perfect to initiate your combos.
