Quick Overview

Runes can be changed to your belief or opinion but i generally roll with
9x magic penetration marks
9x mana reg per lvl seals
9x ability power per lvl glyphs
and abilitiy power per lvl Qunits

As for summoner spells as before it is up to you as well. Generally i see no need for clarity for brand seeing as going into utility and getting a doran's early on makes you not that mana hungry if you use your spells efficiently early game.

Items= I like to buy a large rod first time back and a pair of boots. (gives me a good amount of ap and movement speed.)

generally build rabadon's first then finish off your boots, build your crystal scepter (makes you capable of kiting while you wait for your cooldown combo) banshee's veil right after for that survivalbility and extra health seeing as you have enough ap, follow by hourglass and void staff end game ( yes at the end seeing as how most of the time you will want that survivability to stay in those team fights and rape)


Skill sequence depends on your opponent if you are in mid lane (if you are in a duo lane generally max out w first). What do i mean by depends on your opponent? Well if he is decent and is generally good at dodging your pillar of flame then put ranks in your e and leave your w at rank 2 (lvl6-8) once the team fights seem to start happening put the skill points back in w for the aoe dmg.
