thx for the feedback lol and for fixing your vote XD and i tried the MS stuff before but idk if the people i play against are lame or what but it didn't change to much up for me and i haven't ever tried a DFG ive looked at it before but ill give it a go

That was my dopey friend just going onto my account and bein' a dope :| I was reading the comments on this and saw that you went ahead and changed up the runes a bit. A suggestion I might make (I'm not a huge Brand player but it helped me out) which alot of people have stated would be to add mp/5 level runes, since Brand doesn't cast -too- much at the beginning. Plus, it might seem a bit odd but I liked giving him MS quints, it lets you kite people better later and for early game, it can help you catch someone when they're low combined with a flash combo. That's just my opinion, I tend to stay away from early AP as a caster now, just because I'd rather have more mana than an extra +10 damage from the runes. Also have you tried using DFG instead of Morello's Evil Tome? It's a little less mana regen, ap, and 5% less cdr, but you get the active skill which can help with nuking a focus.

Fixed runes again i didn't even pay attn to CDR from mastery's so i fixed that also, now i only have like 200 IP :(

i also stated that this build has no survivability and also included in my guide items you could swap out to add survivability if you are having issues but thx for the feedback
