Both Rylai and Lich Bane are effective together, but make sure you have Rabadon, so you can deal a lots of damage with abilities and auto-attacks between them. Thats really strong combo. (But if you have money for that)
Anyway, Banshee is good item, you should remind it in your guild.

Brand is fragile char and there is no survability item for him.. i played maybe 30 games with him always with Banshee veil at least and it helps. maybe try to think about it and maybe u will add it to ur build :) anyway good build thx for first :) sorry for bad english
