Introduction

I AM NOT DONE WITH THIS GUIDE YET. I WILL FINISH IT UP TOMORROW SO DO NOT FLAME IT PLEASE. ALSO MY FIRST GUIDE.
My build is basically, Herp, Derp, stun, ouch, dead. I maximize my AP to deal damage as well as I get health to stay alive. But to be very good with Brand you have to be fast on hitting your spells.

Runes

Flat AP. AP AP AP. If you think you can go with all this and that other stuff. Red runes should be flat AP. Yellow runes should be AP per level. Blue should be health per level, and Magic Pen. Those are your basic runes for Brand. If you can get those you are good to go. The flat AP is for the early game, when starting off, you want to be able to do damage and get minion kills. The AP over time is for over time you get more AP and you will hit harder. A lot harder. And the Magic Pen is needed. You need magic pen so you can maximize you damage on your target, and it is a tank with magic resist you will need it to just get through it. The HP Runes, are for so you live. Brand sucks at HP, you need it or you will be focused. Well you will be focused anyway, just be able to live while your teams helps you live.

Masteries

Masteries, well, This is my masteries because well, it is the basic AP mastery build, but with my own twist, it helps me level faster then others, and helps me have mana regen and yeah, I love this I always use it when I play a AP champ.

Items

Whoa, Items! YES! THESE ARE NEEDED! Well, the Dorins Ring gives you health, AP, and mana regen. So I get it to start of to help me stay in my lane and get last hits(Late game you 1 shot minions with Pillar of Flame), It works well. Then you get boots so you can run faster and get back to your lane or go and help gank in another. If you are doing well you get a Amp Tome, basic AP bonus early game. You make your boots to either, Spell pen boots, or the Cooldown boots. I use the CD boots because I want my spells up ASAP so I can use them to kill much faster. Then you get a Soulsteeler(Only if you are doing well.) Then you make a Deathcap. You want to buy the needlessly Large Wand first though. More AP, and it costs more so you want to get it out of the way first, then you get the Blasting wand and make your Deathcap. Then you make a Rylai's Crystal Scepter, it gives you health, AP and a slow, the slow also ticks off of your passive. So it's really good for everything... You get health AP and a slow.. Why wouldn't you want it? Then you make a Archangel Staff, it gives a bonus off of your mana, and bonus AP.. So It does help more then some other items, I like to get it. You can switch it out for another item if would would like. But I recomend getting it. Then last you make a Morello's Evil Tome, it gives you Spell Vamp, CD Reduction, and MP5.. It's a good last item to have last.

Skill Sequence

Sear(Q) - Brand launches a ball of fire forward that deals magic damage. If the target is ablaze, Sear will stun the target for 2 seconds.

Pillar of Flame(W) - After a short delay, Brand creates a pillar of flame at a target area, dealing magic damage to enemy units with the area. Units that are ablaze take an additional 25% damage.

Units that are ablaze take an additional 25% damage from Pillar of Flame.

Pyroclasm(R) - Brand unleashes a devastating torrent of fire, dealing magic damage each time it bounces. If a target is ablaze, Pyroclasm's missile speed increases.

If a target is ablaze, Pyroclasm's missile speed increases.

Blaze(PASSIVE) - Brand's spells light his targets ablaze, dealing 2% of their maximum Health in magic damage per second for 4 seconds.

That is it.

The reason for getting your skills in order like this is Pillar of Flame(W) is such a good minion killer and a great harasser and if they get cought in it they take a lot damage. Then you level up Sear(Q) because that is your stun, and a great spell to level up 2nd. You're going to be leveling up Conflagration(E) last because it only hits 1 target and when they are Ablaze it does not do enough to level up before Sear or Pillar of Flame, so it's last. in the end it helps me having it last.

HOW TO USE THE SKILLS: At 18, the skills in order are: W(Pillar of Flame) and while it still hasn't gone off and done the damage, in that second you want to hit your Conflagration(E) on your target. It will deal damage and but them Ablaze, so when Pillar of Flame(W) hits it will deal an additional 25% damage. Then while they are Ablaze right after all of that you want to cast Sear(Q) to deal damage and stun your target. While he is stunned you want to auto attack once or twice, then either go back so you don't get nuked, or you want to chase and if there is more than one minion or other champ around close to your target, you want to use Pyroclasm(R) because it deals more damage when it bounces to your target more then once. It will bounce a total of 5 times.

Summoner Spells

Ignite and Flash.
Ignite.. I use it so much becase when they are low and Ablaze you hit them with Ignite and wow, that is a lot of damage.
Flash, to get away as well as to get into combat, or to get to where you can use your Sear to stun them.

Clarity: Sucks. It is on;y good for REALLY REALLY early game. late game it is useless.
All of those other spells... Don't even try to use them. They really are a waste of space.
