I like this build, Morello's Tome early on is everything brand needs: mana regen, ap, and cdr.

The only thing I really vary are the summoner spells, I love Ghost + Ingite... Ghost for getting far enough ahead of fleeing enemies to lay down a pillar of flame in front of them, and ingite works well with the burning passive for getting enemies who think they are safe behind the tower with his massive range on spells.

I'd say it's a well rounded build, but I see two issues here. You pick Teleport over Ignite or even better, Clarity? Brand's mana issues are huge, yet I don't see much mana regen in your build. Being dependant on blue buff isn't always an option either, this guide looks for the best situations.

I'd like to see abysmal scepter switched out to something either more defensively, or offensively.

All in all a well rounded build, but could use some improvement!

Noted. I personally have never needed boots till then. As long as you have situational awareness you wont need them. Morrello's does not take long to get at all so like i said its never been a problem nor has defending against ganks. if you really wanted to you could switch them but personally I don't.
