(Passive): Brand's spells light his targets ablaze, dealing 2% of their maximum Health in magic damage per second for 4 seconds.
Brand launches a ball of fire forward that deals magic damage. If the target is ablaze, the target will be stunned for 2 seconds.
After a short delay, Brand creates a pillar of flame at a target area, dealing magic damage to enemy units with the area. Units that are ablaze take an additional 25% damage.
Confragration Brand conjures a powerful blast at his target, dealing magic damage to them. If the target is ablaze, the conflagration spreads to nearby enemies.
(Ultimate): Brand unleashes a devastating torrent of fire, dealing damage each time it bounces. If a target is ablaze, Pyroclasm's missile speed increases.
Pros / Cons
Good burst damage.
Able to stun.
Good at farmer.
Good team player.
Easy to master (from my point of view)
Targeted 1st in team battles.
Hey, this is my build for Brand, I'm honestly have trouble deciding what to use for him, because every game I go into with Brand it always ends after I get or before..so I'm actually thinking of adding more survivability items, I used to get because it gives me health and ability power, but I don't find it THAT much useful because the game still ends too quickly..SO as of now this is my build when the game last long enough, and its pretty solid, but I'm thinking of trying survivability items on him, and will give updates when I try it.
The reason I chose the skill sequence that I did is because I find that Conflagration is the most important skill to have, because its an initiation skill and it sorta keeps enemies at bay. Also because once I use this skill..It instantly opens up all my other skills to be usable and is just ideal, and should be maxed as soon as possible.
Then there is the Pillar of Flame that will do double damage if already on fire. I don't really know if I can say this is the best skill he has or not because they are all kind of even..but this should be the 2ed skill maxed, because we(I) really, only use the Sear to stun and get off last hits..but its really used so they you WON'T miss your Pillar of Flame so this should be maxed out next. Then you can bother yourself with Sear
Farming on brand is easy and simple..you of course know you need the last hits on minions that's easy. But the combo I use to get minions down is his Q W E I hit the minion in the middle of the crowd with the Sear then, then Conflagration to spread around, then Pillar of Flame the last bit, but they are usually close to death so I just auto attack the **** out of 'em.
Late game the Sear just one hits so you'll have to use Pillar of Flame and Conflagration, that should kill everything for ya.
In my rune setup, I try to get as much AP/pen as possible because I don't feel Brand has mana issues if done right. But if you find yourself needing mana, then get mana runes in replace of the Ability Power Runes
Well, it explains itself, Brand uses magic so I get magic penetration under the marks because it provides the better increase.
The ability power here is what help maximizes it while also maximizing the cool down time. In total its a 5.31 ability power boost. (If you don't want this then you can switch it with mana runes)
Gives the best cool down reduction at 5.85% stacked with and blue buff, things should be easy to cast and kills will come much quicker.
The Recommended items for Brand aren't actually that bad I use 3 out of 6 of them I believe..
When I go mid or any other lane I get my boots and two health potions no matter what because I may slip up and get hit a few too many times..but its better to get the magic penetration from 1st over anything else.
My second item is usually the 1st but sometimes go for the if the enemy team is dps types.
These items are the core items because the boots already add a good amount of dmg to you because of the penetration. The Rylai's Crystal Scepter is also good for you because it gives you health, ability power AND slow, just in case you cast your skill too late and they get away. They're going to be slowed so you can just lead you Pillar of Flame and get the kill, its happens to me so many times! I swear its laughable.
This is good because it gives you magic resist against those magic users and lowers their magic resist and any other hero for that matter (good vs a brand and any burst squishy).
is also good after getting death cap because it will give you 70 ability power along with the spell vamp, which is good because you'll be using you skills PRETTY often, there's never a time when you should be auto attacking (unless of course they are going to die in a hit or so).
I haven't used this item but I believe it would be a good use to Brand if you good at surviving, because with this, you wouldn't exactly need the Rylai's Crystal Scepter..and you can't build more tanky, to boost the survivability.
PvP: 1v1++ No matter what.
This is an easy concept, it just in the same sequence as to how you get your skills. Conflagration should be used 1st since its an auto target. Then LEAD YOUR Sear, this is important because it stuns your target, this way you don't miss your Pillar of Flame, and you can auto attack a few times, and recast your Conflagration. Usually after getting death cap this is a one hit combo to squishies. BUT IF YOU THINK YOUR"RE GOING TO DIE USE Pyroclasm!
Getting kills requires you to use this combo MULTIPLE TIMES!
Also if you Sear doesn't hit to stun, then fall back because your skill combo will be useless afterwords
If your doing a 1v1, and you notice and enemy coming, either A: Instant ulti when the 2ed person is in the area..so it can bounce back between them..
B: run to a bush and wait for one to come near and stun them..(the one with the highest hp or dps or closest person to bush) and Exhaust the other then ulti.
A; is the easier option, while it will get you a kill, along with your own life(maybe), while B; is more riskier and will either get you a double kill or no kills.
Running away, if you think you will easily get away from someone then don't bother casting skills, but if you don't think you'll get away then just use E Conflagration, Q Sear
Team work with Brand consist of stuns..but you can only stun once. I usually just Conflagration to whoever is in front of a team fight trying to initiate..then they rotation to the back to avoid stun..Just let it happen, cause then the squishes will be forced to the front then that's when your team should dive in..and your Conflagration should be off its cool down, so E Conflagration Q Sear W Pillar of Flame R Pyroclasm! Remember this should all be on one target to max effect, usually you'll get at least two kills with this and the rest of the team half way down (the two kills being the main target and any target with less then 40% health).
Whenever someone on your team is away from and enemy you should never use Piller of Flame, ALWAYS STUN, you will save your teams life and might even get a kill/assist.
Okay so that's my build for ya. Please comment with positive feed back please. I know this is kind of a standard build, but it is effective, and might be changed later on. Also give me comments please on what you think would be better starting game items.

If you miss your stun then back up, don't waste mana.
Its a waste to use your ulti when there is no one else around, UNLESS you are about to die!
