Braum is a very tanky and strong support. He will start to fall off if he gets focused early on so play safe and don't start a fight you will lose. This is an optional build i found it very useful but it doesn't make him a god so remember that. Also don't be afraid to change up the boots to armor or movement speed boots.

The runes are chosen to make Braum into the tank he was meant to be. You can also opt out of using three different Quints but thats up to personal choice.

These Masteries will allow Braum to use all his abilities to his best. You can also switch it to a full support build but this is best to work with his tankiness.

Overall Braum is a good character but like any other he relies on landing his skills so try not to miss and never be afraid to proc his passive to stun those champs.
