Before going over the Evelynn and her jungle pattern, there a few things we will need to take into consideration:
1)Play with the team. If they need a cover or are getting ready to team fight, do NOT continue jungling. It could mean the difference between life and death, even winning or losing.
2) If you have an extra 90g+ when you return, BUY A WARD(s)! They help keep track of the enemy team and allow you to monitor the map itself (buffs, dragon, etc).
3)Unless you are out of mana or close to it, let the casters and support take golem buff. It is much more effective on them.
4)Lastly, do not listen to the Evelynn hate. Many players will harrass you when you pick Eve in a game. Just ignore them and prove to them what a skilled Eve can do! :)

OK lets begin with the jungle pattern.

First off, please practice this pattern in custom games first to prevent humiliation.
Also, at the beginning of jungling, remember to pop our health potions after your last one has finished to keep yourself alive.

Pattern::
a) Go to Golem buff and ask your team to watch the river for enemies. As it spawns, make sure you are positioned so Hate Spike makes Golem the primary target. Put on your Red Elixir and pop a health potion. Spam Q until dead and finish small lizards.
b) Move to wolves. Finish them off. REMINDER:Again make sure you have your health potions popped the whole time.
c) Head to wraiths. Make sure to ask the middle laner to watch how close they stand to prevent experience from being stolen. Kill the small wraiths first as you will end up taking less overall damage and then finish the big one off.
d) Go to small golem camp. Kill them. Recall. Buy boots and a few(usually 2) hp potions.
e) Run to lizard and again make sure lizard is your primary target on hate spike for efficiency.

At this point, you should be level four. Look at middle and bottom lanes. Whichever one is pushed farthest,has the squishiest character(s), low health enemies, and/or teammates with CC, go in to assist in ganking. Make sure to coordinate with your team to prevent any unneeded deaths.

After this, return to the jungle, grouping and ganking when needed and progress in your build.

Enemy oracles and wards are your friends. While they do reveal you, after becoming more skilled, you can avoid death in almost any situation. Their purchases are just bleeding money out of their pockets and delaying their core builds. Ask your team to look for their ward placement for proper gank adjustment.
