Last hitting: Easy attack cancel on Olaf.
You should play as defensive as possible, your real dmg come's in at lvl 5.
Take a good look at your hp is it whole or half?
Full hp: Defensive stance, last hit minions and don't auto attack like an idiot.
Half hp: Vicious Strike's for tiny LS and more dmg.
Lvl 5: You should at least get an easy double kill with 240 true dmg with a cooldown on 4 sec.

Boots or Ruby Crystal may change up early game because of the Frozen Mallet is your main item.

Early 10 min: Keep boots and go for Phage and Giants Belt when you can. Buy Berserker's Greaves. depending on the match goes and your farm

Mid 20-27: Frozen Mallet and Warmog's Armor. Dmg low? buy Atma's Ipmaler else it might be a late game item....

End game 35 min+: Stark's for more LS and AS + Banshee's Veil.
