...He died because of the nerf/remove of all core items. Well, finally, Riot decides to give us 1 item back, more powerfull than ever,
! It now also reduces the enemy MR and goes up to 50 MR. And if that is not enough, more attack speed. Secondly, they now give a buffed version of the Malady passive to Nashor's Tooth. Even if you only have around 15 AP, this will help you greatly now to make your auto attacks combined with Vorpal Spikes a big threat.
