I like to jungle with Eve. A lot. But when I looked for guides and opinions on how to play Eve, I couldn't see any of the guides that fit what I was doing. So here I am, presenting to you my very own guide on jungling Eve. This is heavily patterned on Diamondprox's build, utilizing items which procc various effects on spell hits.

When to Play Eve
The thing is, she won't always work super well with your team/against the enemy team. No champ works well with everything. So, when do you play Eve? First off, keep in mind that eve is primarily a carry jungler, and that you'll be building a bit squishy early to mid game. Personally I like to buy a bit more defensive in the lategame so that I can stay around more and do more damage to more of the team. With this in mind, you'd want your teammates to have some hard CC, and Generally I prefer that my mid laner be as bursty as possible, with a considerable amount of AoE and/or CC(ehem ehem Lux). Leona works great with eve, as she provides extra beefiness for your team, and excellent CC. Your ultimate along with Leona's on an entire team would be devastating. As for top laners, a lot would work really well with eve, but personally I prefer to play with a Renekton or Darius because they can be quite beefy, while still dealing good damage and providing good utility.

This is the optimal set up for Evelynn, providing an excellent mix of durability and offense, allowing her to stay alive in the minion camps and during ganks, while dishing out good damage. Since her abilities scale off of both her AP and he AD, we'll be getting both, as AD is better for her clear speed, while AP is better for her ganks.
After a lot of experimenting with different setups, I find this is the way to go. Four points go into Fury for easier jungling, and because you really don't need much CDR on Evelynn. After that I grabbed Blast just so I can get the magic penetration from Arcane Knowledge , putting the rest of my mastery points in defense to help with sustainability and generally not being so squishy.
Skill Sequence and Summoner Spells
Here you want to just grab hate spike whenever you can, and prioritize ravage over dark frenzy for the added damage, and the boost in jungle clear speed thanks to its attack speed buff, taking your ult whenever possible.
These two are the best possible spells to get when jungling with Evelynn. Smite is an obvious choice and a no brainer for most junglers, especially with the buffed jungle camps this S3. Ghost can replace flash, because you will be chasing and kiting most of the time, but in my opinion Flash offers a bit more escapability and more opportunities to make big plays, and strong initiations. Exhaust is viable, but is not recommended. Anything else is bollocks.
This build is designed to utilize and abuse the on spell-hit effects from Liandry's Torment and Spirit of the Elder Lizard because you can apply their effects every 1.8 seconds. And because the Liandry's deals double damage to movement speed impaired units, Rylai's Crystal Scepter is an obvious choice. Thus your core items will be:
Now that you have four items, what about the last two? The last items you get are completely situational. In my opinion a very strong finishing build would include Zhonya's Hourglass and Rabadon's Deathcap, for the added damage, armor, and the very nice Zhonya active. If, however, you find yourself having trouble with the enemy's damage, or you feel as if you lack damage, any of the items listed in the cheat sheet would do well. For added magic resist, I prefer Abyssal Scepter, for additional damage Deathfire Grasp is a strong choice.
Right. So now you're in the jungle. What do you do? There are three viable jungle paths for Evelynn, depending on whether or not your teammates will help you and which side you are on.
Let's start with the scenario that your teammates will actually help you.
Start with wraiths, then do a smiteless red. Afterwards, go directly to your blue buff and use smite. Once you have your double buffs, you are free to do one of three things; gank top, gank mid or do wolves and continue jungling.

Now what if your teammates are selfish whiny *****es?
This means that you won't get any help with small minion camps, and that you won't be able to take a smiteless buff. On purple side just use smite on blue, then kill wolves, wraiths, etc. On blue side, you use smite on blue again, but you have the option to gank or counter jungle at level 2.
Team Work and Team Fights
Always, always coordinate with your teammates whenever you try to gank or counter jungle, and make sure they're paying attention to the minimap. You deal a fair bit of damage and should be able to ensure kills relatively easily in the top lane when you gank. However, she is very squishy in the early game and you should thus be careful.
This is, in my opinion, when Eve is at her strongest. By this time you should at least have your Spirit of the Elder Lizard, Boots of Mobility and a Haunting Guise. You should focus on ganking and earning money. Ask for help from your mid laner or ADR if you want to do dragon.
The time for team fights. Your role here is to initiate with your ult, and peel the enemy Carry away from the clash. If you're able to kill your target, or if they escape, simply help your team focus down the others. It should be of note that Evelynn at this point should excell at taking down tanks that stack health.
