Darius
Darius is pretty easy, but try to play aggressive until he engages you, then use Q to hop away.
Akali
Ez lane, ez life. Be very aggro, and poke with Blood Price whenever she tries to go into CS.
Alistar
This is a very annoying matchup. Play safe, and don't go overly aggressive, because his R will fuck you if he's going AD. But if he's AP, you'll probably be fine.
Cho'Gath
Easy, dodge Q's, and go aggro on him early with Blood Price, because he is very squishy then.
Dr. Mundo
Contrary to popular belief, this matchup is actually pretty easy. Like against all tanks, be very aggro early with Blood Price.
Ekko
Not too sure about this one, I've only gone up against it a few times. Just try to save your Q for disengaging. Do not use it unless you KNOW you can burst him down with your QWRE combo.
Fiora
If she goes aggressive early, you're fucked. If this is the case, play safe, tower farm and for all things that are good and holy, DO NOT FEED HER.
Fizz
Fuck. This. Champion. He's the same case with Fiora, if he goes aggro early, play safe, and don't feed him.
Gangplank
Usually an easy lane, try to poke him down with E to burst him, and stay away from his barrels.
Garen
This is a difficult matchup if he doesn't waste Q on minions. If he does, feel free to go aggro on him when he does.
Gnar
Easy. He's squishy early game so once he gets out of mega gnar and he's at least 3/4 HP, land an E and Q to begin your burst combo.
Gragas
Interesting matchup. Only played against it a few times so I don't know what to say about it. Just use general counter tips against him from www.championselect.net/champions/gragas
Graves
This matchup makes me want to gouge my eyes out. Play safe and stay behind your minions so he can't AA poke you.
Hecarim
Very easy, he has no burst and he's pretty squishy until late game.
Heimerdinger
Just like graves, this matchup also makes me want to gouge my eyes out. DO NOT engage on him when he's under his turrets. (common logic) Only engage when he's caught out or being wave pushed away from his turrets.
Illaoi
Easy. Dodge tentacles, aggro early, sustain off of her tents.
Irelia
Careful of her early power with W. If she goes overly aggro a lot, that's good for you. Try to shut her down before she gets her mid-game powerspike.
Jarvan IV
Passive is very annoying. Try to play safe-ish early and get some ganks from your jungler.
Jax
You're Fucked. Lest you get ABSOLUTELY CAMPED, like a gank every 2 seconds, you are absolutely fucked. Oh wait, I forgot he's shitty early. Yeah, shut him down then. Do that.
Jayce
Dodge Q's. That's it. He's shit without it's poke. You're going to have to poke him and burst him before he gets his scaling up and running.
Kayle
Mostly easy, unless you hit 6 before her, try to get her low enough so you can burst her before she hits the ground from your Q so she doesn't have time to ult.
Lee Sin
Play safe early, stay behind your minions and dodge his Q's, they do A LOT of damage.
Malphite
Most people would say this lane is hard due to his attack speed slow, but you forget this is a BURSTY guide, not a sustained damage guide. Be aggro early and get shield off with E before you Blood Price him.
Maokai
Oh my gosh this lane is embarrassingly easy... Use Thirst when he ults and Price when he doesn't. Simple as that. Oh, kill him early, cause he's a tank. Yeah.
Nasus
Early game, early game, early game. It's all about that early game. Kill his ass dead as many times as you can early, because he's VERY squishy. As soon as you hit 2, jump on him with a proc'd Blood Price.
Nidalee
This one is like Maokai, very easy. Burst her early, poke with Blood Price, GG.
Olaf
This lane is so goddamn annoying, dodge Q's and punish him for trying to pick them up if they are near your wave.
Pantheon
Oh my god this gives me cancer. Unless he's a retard and spams Q early, you're going to get ass raped. If he does spam Q, wait till he's OOM and burst him.
Poppy
Like all tanks, kill her early. Do not use E and follow up with Q, that's too obvious for her to W and stop your Q.
Quinn
Uuuuugh this lane is one of the most annoying. Like against most marksmen, stay safe and don't feed them. Save Q for AFTER she E's so it doesn't get cancelled.
Renekton
RIP your asshole. He will tear it apart with his early game bullshit. Farm with E, play passively, and if you are going to farm with AA's, save Q for after he uses 2 E's.
Rengar
Stay. Away. From. The bushes. If he walks into one, walk your ass away from that shit and stay between the river entrance and your turret range. Poke with E, burst when he's around 60% ~ 70% HP
Riven
Early game. If she moves into Q combo AA you, run, but ONLY use Q after she's used her third Q.
Rumble
If he goes to Q poke you, just sustain off of him. And like any squishy, poke down and burst.
Ryze
More squishies. E poke and burst when low. Try to stutter so you will always be ahead of him while he's running, incase he W's you.
Shen
Pretty easy, but I haven't gone against him enough so I can't say much. Just kill him early, like any tank. But do not attack him in his W zone. Walk his exit path for when the zone ends, so you will be ahead of him for more damage.
Singed
Tanks for the free kills! But don't try to engage him before 6, his Q damage is dumb.
Sion
Pretty easy. Another tank, so early kills are the easiest ones to get. If he shields, use E to get it off.
Teemo
Easy, play passive until you have 6, then bait his Q and then engage for the burst with a proc'd Blood Price.
Tryndamere
Play passively early, and post-6, burst him down after he uses Q from your E poke. Before you do this, bait out his ult by beginning your burst combo, but DO NOT ULT. If he doesn't use it this time, try to get him lower and try again in a minute.
Udyr
This matchup depends if he's good. Try to get a lot of jungler ganks to shut him down before he gets his mid-game powerspike.
Vayne
I fucking hate literally everyone that plays Vayne top. PLAY AGGRESSIVELY SAFE EARLY and suck your jungler's dick. Get him to camp you.
Vi
Pretty easy. Play aggro early and poke with Blood Price when she trys to CS, before she gets her level 6 powerspike.
Vladimir
DO NOT use your whole burst combo immediately. Bait his pool with a simple Q+Blood Price for the next full-on engage, ult and everything.
Volibear
Poke him and don't duel post 6, he will most likely win. Kill him early so he doesn't get HP too soon.
Wukong
Pretty fun matchup, Don't fall for his clone trick, if he stops moving, DO NOT use anything on him, especially Blood Price.
Yasuo
This lane depends on if he's a good yasuo. If he's good he will CONSTANTLY E LITERALLY EVERYTHING IN SIGHT. Do not engage, get some ganks, and save Q for escaping.
Yorick
Sustain off his ghouls when he sends them for you. This is an easy lane. Burst him whenever possible.

You do not need your passive filled all the time. Prioritize healing over filling blood well.
Don't overestimate your passive, it's not as OP as a lot of people think. But, if it's down in laning and they're pushing up, play passively unless you know you can burst them before they can counterattack.
Do not miss your Q. It is essential to setting up your combos, do NOT throw it away randomly for hopping walls unnecessarily.
In teamfights, initiate by bursting down their mid/ADC. If they start focusing you, switch to Blood Thirst and just start hitting **** and sustaining off of anything and everything.
In lane, use Blood Price whenever you can poke the laner, but ALWAYS use it when you engage.
Use Blood Thirst when you are in a fight that's being dragged on, but use Price to execute when you know it will kill them.
