ahri is completely skill-shot reliant for most of her damage. your e allows you to dodge most of her skill-shots. just have some good reactions and you will be fine. also remember that all of her damage are projectiles and you can block it with your wind wall.
Akali
akali is a very easy lane for yasuo, he can really bully her early on. just push your advantage early and snowball from there (be mindful that even if you land your knockup while she is invisible, it wont give the indicator to use your ultimate) also be aware that akali is one of the few people who can keep up with your mobility. try to bait her into situations where she uses all of her ult charges and collapse on her
Anivia
anivia is very weak early on, you should try to get a level 2 kill on her as that will be when she is the most vulnerable. try to save your wind wall for her q (the big snowball) it is a painful cc and allows her to get most of her damage off on you.
Annie
annie has the best passive for playing against assassins. a long stun will make anyone screw up their trades. other than that annie is not too terrible to deal with early, you can block her q with wind wall and just be mindful of when she has her e (molten shield) up, it deals damage back to you for your AA and your q's. when she hits 6 is when you need to be careful, tibbers is an annoying bear to deal with.
Azir
azir is a pain in the ass for a lot of people because he has a ridiculous auto attack range. this is very bad for you because your w will not block any of his damage. early on, wait till he uses his q aggressively then go in, his q cooldown at low levels are insanely long and he wont have anything to trade back with.
Brand
again, another skill-shot champion. use your e to dodge most of his damage and you can use your w to block his q and ult. early on if he misses his pillar or his stun, go in and get some nice harass off because he is lacking cc.
Cassiopeia
very interesting lane, can go either way. basically you can dodge all of her poison with your e, but thats not always the case. your w can still block most of her damage from her e though. (try to be mindful of when she would ult and try to turn around in that instance to avoid the stun.
Diana
who plays diana anymore? anyways, i really think that this is a very hard lane for yasuo. a skilled diana player will keep track of her passive and trade with you when it will be procd. and she is as mobile as you are with enough damage to back it up with, just try to get your jungler to gank before 6 and shut her down early.
Fizz
this little fish is out of water when it comes to playing aganst yasuo. your passive will usually keep his q from doing any damage, you win in an AA battle, you can easily dodge his e with your e, and you can stop his ult with your w, a great lane for yasuo.
Gragas
completly skill reliant matchup. your passive helps with his q poke and your w will stop his ult but you need to be mindful of when you use your w.
Heimerdinger
it actually isnt too bad of a lane for yasuo. his wind wall will block heimers entire kit and yasuo's q counts as an AA so it does double damage to his turrets. but hes still heimer so you have to be careful of where his safe zone is.
Karthus
this should be a really easy lane for yasuo, you can dodge all of his damage with your e, and if he ults in lane, just knock him up.
Kassadin
well this is another skill match up because of the fact that kassadin is the most mobile champion in the game. your wind wall can block his q damage so you shouldnt have a problem early. just try to shut him down before 6
Katarina
this lane shouldnt be too hard for yasuo, his wind wall can completly negate her ult (dont be too close to her when you use your w, ive made that mistake before)
Kayle
this is probably the worst lane for yasuo. kayle has a lot of poke and can kite him easily. yasuo is not durable and a good kayle will ult when he goes in for damage and completely wreck yasuo.
LeBlanc
completly skill matchup, as yasuo you should us your best to dodge her distortion with your e and block her q and w with your wind wall. remember that most mid-laners are usually useless after their abilities are used. leblanc is the perfect case of this
Lissandra
early on, you should trade with her, running her low on mana either pushing her out of lane or winning trated very favorably and then pushing her out of lane. if you see her claw on the ground, try to use your wall to block it, it will suprise most liss players.
Lux
again, skillshot reliant champion and you should have no problem dodging her abilities and blocking her q with the wind wall
Malzahar
this guy is a pain in the butt for yasuo, large cc with waveclear and damage to go with it. like i said, cc is an assassins worst nightmare, malz has a ton of cc you you.
Mordekaiser
try to really pressure him early and have your jungler gank because morde has no sustain withought spellvamp. after he has a few items, you have to have enough damage to instantly blow him up, otherwise you get blown up yourself.
Nidalee
2 rules, dodge spears and trade a lot. she will run out of mana easily when she has to constantly heal.
Orianna
completely skill based. you can stop her ball from moving, but you have to be completely aware of when she used her q and go in at the right time, otherwise you get ulted and die
Riven
riven has a lot of cc to bring to the table as well as a considerable amount of damage. you should use your e to dodge her q and w. definitely poke her ALOT with your q. if all else fails, ask for a lane switch.
Ryze
super easy matchup. all of his damage comes from projectiles (q) so you can wind wall him and dive onto him since he is completely immobile
Syndra
very skill based, you have a slight advantage due to the fact that she is immobile but she also has ridiculous single target damage. be aware of her positioning to dodge her stun and try to save your wind wall for her ult.
Talon
could go either way, but with the recent nerf to talon, i think most yasuo players should win this match up.
Teemo
ITS SATAN, but actually not too horrible in lane. actual rating -3/5. his blind is annoying since it blocks your main form of damage and the teemo shrooms are everywhere. you can block most of his damage through your wind wall though
Twisted Fate
all of his damage comes from his q (projectile) and his w (projectile) most tf players will use their stun into q with little thought but if you can wind wall his stun, you can go in and win trades favorably. if he uses his ult to roam, just push. yasuo is exellent at tower pushing.
Veigar
definitly get merc treads and/or mercurial scimitar because of his stun. if he tries to combo you, you can block everything but his e and then you should go in because his skills are on cooldown.
Vel'Koz
easy lane for yasuo, completely skill shot reliant while his q is a projectile you can easily dodge his ult with your e and can blow him up because he is squishy.
Viktor
viktor can be a little of an issue, but again, a skillshot reliant champion can have all his abilities dodged.
Vladimir
vlad has a lot of lane sustain as well as durability due to his passive. you really need to go balls to the wall with your trades, otherwise they are pointless. trade hard and often.
Xerath
skillshot reliant so just dodge his q and e and you will be fine. if you see him ulting, go in on him, he is 100% immobile while he is ulting.
Yasuo
skill based, self explanitory
Zed
more skil but you have a slight advantage due to the fact that you can block his q with your w. a neat trick you can pull off is if he is ulting you, e through the wave into your tower range. you should trade with him after that because you have the tower to help
Ziggs
lots and lots of poke with escapes and just pure damage. try to dodge his skill shots and ask for a lane swap if possible.
my name is quickshot0428 and i have been playing league for a year now. i usually main mid and jungle.i have never seen someone as mobile and interesting as yasuo. he is a bursty assassin with a lot of mobility and straight up damage. it can be difficult to get his ult off at times, but he definitly makes up for it in the fact that he has a ton of damage.

yasuo's passive is very strong in the fact that it usually completly diminishes any poke your opponent is throwing at you.
yasuo's q is a ridiculous damage ability as well as a knock up
yasuo's w is a really overpowered ability. a large wall that blocks projectiles, YES PLEASE
yasuo's e is what makes him an assassin, large mobility whenever enemies are nearby. (keep in mind that if you use your q mid-dash, it makes a circular pattern making it a great waveclear tool.
yasuo's ult is amazing in itself and even better when paired with the right team. large damage with an extended knockup as well as an armor pen steroid.
in my opinion, you should always max your q first, your e second, your w last, and your ult whenever you can. there is an argument for maxing his e first, but i personally dont recommend it. you can q a champion multiple times but only e them once in a while.

(remember to use your knockup wisely. you can win trades over and over again because of it)
a basic poke combo for yasuo is, e through minion to get in range, AA then q, then e through a minion to get back to safety.
if you want some more damage off you could try this( it is a little riskier) e through 2 minions to charge up his e, AA q AA, e through the enemy champion, then e back through the minion wave.
killing someone on yasuo is very straight forward, charge up your q to get the knockup, either dash and q at the same time to get an almost guaranteed knockup or land your aimed q for the knockup, use your ult and proceed to AA and q them.
