Introduction
I'm a S3 player who plays at Turkey server. I don't main any champions or lanes. I'm just trying to learn every champions and lanes. I think I'm better at AD Carry and Support. I'm not a native speaker so forgive me if I write something wrong.
I pick 8 Attack Damage Marks 1 Critical Chance Mark for Marks. %1 critical chance is better than 1 ad.
I pick classicly 9 Armor Seals and 9 Magic Resist Glyphs for being safe from minute 1.
I pick 3 Lifesteal Quints for having sustain without giving 800 gold to Vampiric Scepter. I buy Pickaxe which gives 25 AD. Better than 10 AD from Vampiric.
Alternative Options?
You can pick 3 Attack Damage Quints if you want early high damage. Or sometimes I see some players having %4 lifesteal and 2.25 Attack Damage. More Attack Damage means easier last hitting minions. But if you think you are already master of last hitting minions, take lifesteal.

Have a Flash. Always at an AD Carry. It's the best summoner spell.
Pick Barrier for better survivability. better than Heal. Heal isn't good enough at late game.
If you want, you can have Cleanse if enemy teams like having 4-5 stuns.
Don't need Ignite. You're a 650 ranged AD Carry. You won't get close to anyone.

If you want to be a good player, always build situational. For example you're playing as Garen and you need to be tanky. Enemy team has a 3/4/1 AD Carry, and 8/2/4 AP Carry. Do you still build Randuin's Omen? Or let's say you're playing as Syndra and enemy Zed just fed. Do you still want to build Rabadon's Deathcap or a Zhonya's Hourglass will help you?
Or let's say You're playing as Caitlyn. And enemy team is like Singed, Nautilus, Ryze, Leona.. Would you still go on Bloodthirster or do you want to build Last Whisper?
An AD Carry's core items are Infinity Edge, Phantom Dancer and [[Last Whisper].
So not just for the Caitlyn or AD Carry, always build what you need. Don't have a certain build, always know some alternative items.
Or let's say You're playing as Caitlyn. And enemy team is like Singed, Nautilus, Ryze, Leona.. Would you still go on Bloodthirster or do you want to build Last Whisper?

Max Q first because it has the most damage and the shortest cooldown.
Then Max E because it's a gap closer and you will use it to get kills, run away from gangs, better positioning at teamfights and dodging lots of skill shots.
Max W lastly because you won't use it actively. Just use it as TRAPS.

∞ - Headshot Your passive ability deals %150 damage to enemy champions and %250 damage to enemy minions at every 8 auto attack. When you attack from brush your auto attack counts as two.
Q - Piltover Peacemaker This skill is your poking skill. A skillshot. 10/9/8/7/6 cooldowns, costs 50/60/70/80/90 mana, 1300 range. This skill deals 20/60/100/140/180(+1.3 AD) physical damage. BUT, deals %10 less damage to each subsequent target down to a minimum of %50.
W - Yordle Snap Trap Trapping skill helps avoiding gangs. If an enemy champion steps on it
stuns him for seconds.
E - 90 Caliber Net
R - Ace in the Hole
