Ignite is obvious.
Opposing team has too much CC? Get Cleanse.

Place traps around your blue and red in beggining to check for invades.
Piltover Peacemaker has devastating harass, take advantage of that.
90 Caliber Net can be used offensively or defensively. Use it to chase or escape.
