I do aggressive in laning phase so I prefer to max W right after Q. Because of CD, the same mana cost. I can do more zoning the enemy Carry from farming and trap the jungler. I don't use E for harassing, I keep it for ganking situation.

I think maxing 90 Caliber Net second is better because the mana costs stay the same when skilling but the cooldown gets reduced by 8 seconds and this can be helpful in any kind of trading situation. Maxing out W second won't give you like more traps or something like that so they're helpful but you can skill make the same use of them when maxing it last.
