Pros:
- Great ranged skills
- Great damage, as all carrys
- Nice farmer and turrets destroyer
- Good early game
- Viable in mid or side lane
- She is hot :D

Cons:
- Very squishy, as all carrys
- Low mana pool
- CC skills are not so good
- vunerable while ulting

I would recomend to use:


Teleport

As a good carry and farmer teleport will be more than useful. She will need to defend ally turrets and destroy enemy turrets, with teleport she can be always there to save the day.


Clarity

Caitlyn will waste lots of mana so instead of geting mana regeneration runes, i prefer to use clarity. It recover her full mana in the early game (something that a mana regeneretion rune does not). even with high cooldown, its the exactly time you will need.

Others opitionals are:


Flash

She is very fragile so you will need some sweet escapes. Her 90 caliber and Yodle trap are so much useful for a sucessful run away, but everyone will chase you so make sure you dont die. Also can be used to gank someone escaping, but with your ultimate you wont care too much about it.


Clairvoyance

It's cooldown is ridiculous so you can use almost every time, also its very useful for Ezreal, Ashe and caitlyn (cause their ults).
