the runes look a bit messed up but they do the trick mid and early game
and with stark's fervor you're helping your whole team with +20%lifesteal,20%attackdamage and 30 healthregen/5sec, with the desaventage for the enemyteam -20 armor. And the force of nature is against the ap champions of enemy team.
