I made a Mobafire account just to let you know that this guide is great :)
Was playing a ranked game and during champ select my team said I needed to play as ranged AD.... I didnt own a ranged AD but Cait was F2P this week and I used your guide to play her for the first time ever, and in a ranked game. We lost due to a spanish Swain who kept trying to 1v4 but I ended up with our highest team score, even higher than 3 out of 5 of the enemy team.

Interesting caitlyn guide you've got here but I got some extra tips.

I think you should explain the laning phase a little more in depth. Add some tips about how to farm effectively and ALWAYS use the brush if possible. This helps your passive and keep a count on your shots. If your playing aggressively, always focus their squishy in a duo lane, and make your shots count, moving back if you draw too much creep aggro, you can't afford to be blocked. Alternatively, the early vamp scepter to help heal your health back from creeps is a very good idea.

While creeping in the jungle, recommend making use of the bushes too. And when you are moving in for a gank/kill, try and power up your shot before you head into battle, the more damage the better.

If your defending a tower Piltover Peacemaker helps alot, but if your actively farming, just aim to last hit creeps. It's better to miss a couple of creeps than push out so far and get yourself wrecked. Also this makes the lane push much more slowly, increasing your creep stats. And personally I ALWAYS go Frozen Mallet, it helps keep jerks like Xin Zhao and anti carries off your back, because your range is just that sexy. Also helps with chasing down enemy carries, compared to other carries, Caitlyn is a rape train 1v1 against hard carries with good AS due to her passive and her range.(unless you get hit by a long range ashe arrow, then your ****ed as)

Also snow, try getting the trap first, it helps with protecting your jungler, and with controlling the bush early game.
Beautiful guide though, +1 and even if your already an avid caitlyn player, this does help your build ;)

EDIT: Also mention for harass against an enemy who's within your direct line of range (no creeps in the way) a nice way to slow them and kite them is queueing up your Piltover Peacemaker with your net, first Q then E. Saw this in a tournament game and got jealous because the Caitlyn literally had a free farm and about 200 creeps at 20 mins Q.Q
