I am not a fan of starting with 
Vampiric Scepter and I belive true carries do not need clairvoyance but Caitlyn is a exception becuase of her ultimate but it does have a range and I think that there are much more usful spells. And Teleport? No, not for a carry get Flash or Ghost or Exhaust anything but Teleport. I do not disagree too strongly with anything else but I can not give it a up vote.
