-You are like 9% CDR over the cap which is a huge waste
-You have 2k hp, if anyone farts in your general direction you will die.
-You have no flash to get away from people farting in your general direction. Yes you have your E, but champs coming at you will have a dash, leap, sprint AND a flash/ghost, possible even with some CC.
-With clarity and runes you have WAY more mana regen then you need.
The this item build will work well at first, since you do the most effective thing on sona and max CDR. Later in the game however with such little survivability you are going to be 2 shoted.
My suggestion is to ditch your archangles staff for something with HP and AP like ROA or Ryais
