I know you don't need a lot of mana to kill enemies, but if you are going to farm for more items you need a ton of mana to poke/farm, also gives a good amount of mana, and yes blue golemn always a must if it is avaliable and jungler will let you have it.

Grab some mana, do something to get more mana back.... a doesn't give much mp5..... try out a , its a life saver for ..... at least grab a Catacalyst the Protecter into ....
