Change the doran's blade to avarice blade and the malady to Wit's End. Other than that, awesome! +1

With The ghostblade I would recommend a brutalizer early game. It's the perfect item for the early game and coupled with the armor pen you already have, it can have a devastating impact, the extra cd reduction early game also allows for more mushroom spamming, so there's not much to lose from it.

This is great just tried it out, yes he is squishy, but he's Teemo so thats to be expected, crazy damage. Only thing i changed was adding a second phantom dancer insted cause of the massive crits. Nice build!
