Ah, the basedamage, you´re right. So you´re playing him more as an early game nuke champion ?
Because I don´t see you hurt anyone with your AP nuke lategame, only the enemy ADC, but with a normal on hit build you could kill every enemy, even the tanks. This build is somehow a mixture of AP and On-hit and ADC without doing anything from those 3 builds completely.

When I tried Rylais on Teemo I usually got also Deathfire Grasp, Nashors and Rabbadons and a Lichbane.
So that you can plant more of the slowing shrooms, with even more AP dmg.

However thanks for the answer, maybe you could also read my guide, and I wouldnt mind a downvote to be fair :)

some items to consider are Malady and Executioner's Calling over Wit's End.
Wit's End's passive 42 magic damage can't compare to Malady's shredding, and Malady also gives more AS. If you absolutely had no AP I wouldn't recommend Malady but you do, so yeah. Executioner's Calling pairs very well with Trinity Force and it also helps you counter some lanes and gives you early sustain while also giving some on-hit damage. plznoimbad plays Teemo and rushes this so there's some "hard evidence." Try it out (:

You may also want to explain your skill sequence since most people like to have all 3 skills at level 3.
I also caught some grammar and spelling mistakes.
Do harras your opponents with basic attacks.

You decided to give me a quite constructive respond, as well I will give you one too.

- The reason I buy Trinity Force is for the stats it gives, not the proc.
- The attack that Trinity Force proc gives is based on your BASE damage, not total.
- Rylai's Crystal Scepter gives you more DoT, Slow, HP, and even MORE slow on your shrooms.
- Your E + Hextech Gunblade, enough damage.
Imagen yourself as the ADC, yet with Teemo, you go in LAST, and start DPS'ing the rest of the enemies, the damage you do already makes the quishies, the one you're supposed to kill die in a few seconds.
- You said Hextech twice, and AP Teemo is good, but I'm pointing out my way of building him.

Ghost is incase you get for example grabbed by Darius or Blitzcrank, or anyone with a slow could own you.
Note also that the Move Quick Passive is dead when you get hit, so if they get hit, you're more viable to get gapclosed, slowed, and die.

And it doesn't matter if Ezreal or Shen jump over walls, with ghost you're too quick so they won't catch up.

Hey,

guide looks not bad, but I don´t like the item choices, and I tried them myself in several normal and ranked games.

Wit´s end and Boots of speed are totally viable, but:

- you dont have enough abilities to use the sheen proc in trinity force often enough.
- you dont build any attack damage in order to boost the damage of the sheen proc.
- frozen mallet is the better and more reliable slow
- phantom dancer will set your attack speed nearly to the max, without you doin any damage.
other attackspeed items like madreds bloodrazor, malady, black cleaver give you more damage per hit.
And you don´t need the movement speed with your frozen mallet slow.
- Rylais and Hextech are more viable on AP-teemo, with nashor´s tooths, rabbadons, rylais and hextech for example.

The summonerspells are quite weird, since you could catch ANYONE with your phantomdancer + move quick, so you don´t need Ghost. Ignite is quite good on teemo, with your poison. In my opinion Exhaust is better, because it can not only be used offensive but also defensive if the enemy leesin or jax is coming to gank you on top pre 6. Flash would be better than ghost, since when the enemies shen/ezreal jumps over a wall and you don´t have flash, hes gone.
