Introduction

Hello, this is my first guide so plz comment for more tips that I should change.
I like Teemo to play Hybrid but there are only AP builds and AD. So that's why I made this guide.
Hope you guys like it:)

Team 1-Hybrid
Team 2-AP

I made the AP one for the guys who don't like to play Hybrid and wanna do more dmg with the Mushroom.

Runes

Hybrid,
The Red Runes are Armor Pen, this is great when you go mid because it reduce the target his armor.
The Yellow Runes are AS, Just for begin. Great combo with Beserker Greaves.
The Blue Runes are AP Per Level. Per Level gives more AP at the end, so that's why i chose Per Level.
The Quintessence are Health. More HP at begin that you can survive more.

AP,
The Red Runes are Magic Pen,Penetration only affects magic resistance your target currently has
The Yellow runes are AP Per Level, more AP at end
The Blue runes are AP Per Level, more AP at end, If you don't want 2 times Per Level, take for Blue the normal AP runes.
The Quintessence are Health, More HP at begin.

Masteries

Hybrid,
Masteries are 21/0/9.
If you don't want Deadliness just take Archmage's Savvy.
Great for AP

More Mana Regen, More AP:)

Summoner Spells

I chose Exhaust and Ignite. Exhaust for the slow and the target don't do that mutch dmg anymore. Just great for 1v1.
Ignite for an extra DOT, great combo with your Toxic Shot.

What you could take are these:
Teleport- Teleport on your Mushrooms
Flash- Flash to your target and kill him
Heal- Good for begin, at end you don't need it anymore.
Ghost- Great combo with your W spell
Clarity- If you think you are always out of mana, take clarity then.

What you don't take are these:
Revive- Cmmon we aren't beginners right:)
Smite- Smite is for jungelers.
Clairvoyance- This spell is more for the support
