Opening Comments

I have been playing TF and ashe for some time her lately... Playing with both characters i have learned that you can kill any squishy, it's killing the tank the most difficult... So I decided to actually take a build that will destroy tanks and squishies also..... Before i get into the item build part, with this build i hardly ever use the wild cards spell unless they are running from me, and I can't catch them.
So with that said, I change my key boundings so that sword of divine is my q. So I always remember to use it in a fight....

RUNES

Some are wondering why i choose a set number of runes. Let me try and to elaborate on some things. I want my Armor pen early game to be about 20 so i get the right number of quints and marks to accomplish this. Then i want some magic pen so my stack decks hurt throughout the game. I don't ever see the point of the getting the one extra blue cooldown reduction glyph because with 8 you are already at 5%. I want to reach 5% attack speed so when i get my berserker greaves its an even 30%. I get one blue attack speed and 6 yellows. There are 3 left yellows to get so i get the vitality ones so i can get 50 health at lvl 18.

Skills

Wild Cards - Twisted Fate throws three cards, dealing damage to each enemy unit they pass through.
Throws three cards which deal 60/110/160/210/260 (+0.65) magic damage to each enemy unit they pass through.
I rarely use this spell at all. I use it here and there but not much.

Pick A Card - Twisted Fate chooses a magic card from his deck, and uses that for his next attack, causing bonus effects.
Cast once to shuffle the deck and again to choose your card, enhancing your next attack.
Blue Card deals 40/60/80/100/120 (+0.4) bonus magic damage and restores the bonus damage in mana to Twisted Fate.
Red Card deals 40/60/80/100/120 (0.4+) bonus magic damage to units around the target and slows their movement speed by 30/35/40/45/50%.
Gold Card deals half the bonus magic damage of Red and Blue Cards (+0.4) and stuns for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds.

I love this especially early on. If you have a lane partner you can use this to stun someone and focus them. Use blue card to last hit minions. Use Red card to slow enemies or aoe farm. Use Gold cards to stun and kill someone :).

Stacked Deck - Every 4 attacks, Twisted Fate deals bonus damage. In addition, his attack speed is increased and his cooldowns are decreased.
Passive: Every 4 attacks, Twisted Fate deals an additional 55/80/105/130/155 (+0.4) magic damage.

In addition, his attack speed is increased by 3/6/9/12/15% and his cooldowns are decreased by 3/6/9/12/15%

This is your bread and butter with this build. With sword of divine your 4th hit is crazy. Early on you build up one. Lock in a gold or red card and hit an enemy champion for a good bit of burst. With malady and sword of divine after 4 hits your enemy champion will be hurting.

Destiny - Twisted Fate predicts the fortunes of his foes, revealing all enemy champions and enabling the use of Gate.
Reveals all enemy champions (including stealthed champions) for 6/6/6 seconds.

While Destiny is active, Twisted Fate can teleport anywhere on the map.
Cost150/125/100 Mana

This move can be used for a lot of different reasons, some are to gank, flee from fights, push minion waves, kill an inhibitor, kill a turret, etc. It does so much for you. When you are fed you will notic that the enemy champions have a tendacy to run to their turrets in fear you will pop up lol.

Second Sight - Twisted Fate and his allies receive an additional 2 gold per kill.

This is just a great passive for you and your team. 2 gold for any kill is just great. Gangplank can even kill his own minion to gain 2 gold from this passive.

Item Build

I always build sword of divine first after i get my vampyric secpter and boots of speed. I goes so well with stacked decked with extra burst and a lot of attack speed. Not to mention that it gives 30 Armor Pen on use.
I finish my boots next, then I get a malady. Alot of y'all are wondering why, right. Well I get it for one reason. The magic penetration debuff for my whole team. It helps us destroy the tank, not to mention your stacked decks hit harder. So that my vampyric scepter isn't sitting there and feeling left out, I build a starks fervor next for the last bit of attack speed. Also the added armor pen for the whole team... Now you have two items that is a team item that kills tanks. To get the third team item i get the Black Cleaver next. With your attack speed at what it is you will be able to stun and attack 2-3 times before the tank can react, also that is about 4 stacks of black cleaver and full stacks of malady. So the tank is almost a squishy now to your team :). They last item is really preference. I like the blood thirster, but others can be a banshee's veil, guinsoo rageblade, or an abyssal scepter. Try to base the last item around what feels best for you. Also before the last item i like to buy one of each pot and use them. I normally buy pots through out the match though.. It just depends on how i am doing atm.

Laining Process

Early game I use red and gold cards to harass. At lvl 2 I build up a stacked deck and hit an enemy champion to burst them down a little bit or push them off the lane.
Mid game If everything is going good and you have gotten yourself a kill or 2 you should be able to get your sword of divine and gank really well... Always remember to activate the active. It is such a great help in ANY fight. Grab yourself a malady and start watching tanks run from you :).
Late game After you have grabbed your starks fervor and black cleaver, you should be able to kill anyone, lots of people 1v1. Not all but some. Try to stay with your team as much as possible so you can keep stacks on everyone they are focusing so they die a lot faster.
