In this guide I wanna tell how I play Cassiopeia and Hextech Revolver is always a must for me, dont forget her passive what helps her in terms of mana. Cassio is very squishy and she has no escape ability if flash is on cd and when Im playing her I always want something giving me sustain. Even if mana items are better for spamming skills, without that hextech you cant trade with other midlaners since you have no hp and no sustain. Thats just my opinion, but I always played well with this item build.

Yeah, thats true, of course its very good on her but I mean if you buy rylais first, you have the option to deal more damage cause it also gives you ap but it slows so you are able to hit more Nox Blasts. Please remember that Im not a high elo player so its possible that I make mistakes. ^^

I got a lot of hell for suggesting Hextech Revolver on my Zyra guide so I removed it because it simply doesn't give the mana you need. You even mentioned that you'll need to be spamming skills with it so you're probably better off getting mana items instead. You can't depend solely on having blue buff. I notice you got the two Doran's Rings though so perhaps it's not a problem for you but then again that means you'll be a bit underpowered mid-game if you're gonna buy all that (Doran's + Hextechs). That's just my two cents and I don't play Cassiopeia so take it with a grain of salt, but just take it from someone who wrote a guide on a similar character and got downvoted for it.

First thing: I believe that you played many games with her but I hav to say that will of the ancients early is a must have on cassio because she spams her abilities all the time and will fits against almost ap mid. second: I will add this (Karthus and Fizz hourglass) soon.
third: There isnt that one build where you have to buy guardian angel or banshee as def item. Every game is different and there are many defensive items on Cassiopeia. I didnt try arch staff at all but I dont think this is good on her because it gives you mana and as Cassiopeia late game you have to spend your money on something more important than mana.

You have to farm on early mid phase, so you do have the money usually to buy this item, if not, Abyssal Mask and Rylai's Crystal Scepter with Will of the Ancients.

Ok, about your build: you did good, i like descriptions, information, but your item build is weird. Its better to take cap early instead of will, but before cap, u always must have tier 2 shoes which 99% is sorceress shoes after cap you should be taking crystal scepter (its always good to slow) or abyssal scepter if enemy team is heavy AP. Its also good to have hourglass aggainst karthus or fizz. And as defensive item its better to have guardian angel, or banshee's veil. Its not really needed to have will of the ancients she doesn't spell wamp so great, u better get archangel staff for that price. BELIEVE ME. i play with cass really mutch
