I do like that you favor Noxious Blast over Twin Fangs. Too many people want the instant damage, but no one is going to just sit there and take 10 Twin Fangs to the face. I also do favor Noxious Blast in my build, but I don't think favoring Miasma over Twin Fangs is that good of an idea. Twin Fangs should be secondary to Noxious Blast and one point into Miasma at level 4. This way you don't have to play as much cat and mouse. If they decide to come up in your face you can throw down a Miasma for a long poison then continue Noxious Blast and Twin Fang them to death instead of running away after landing a Noxious Blast. It is just a suggestion that has worked well for me.

You should also consider starting with a tome first if you are getting Rylai's. It is sort of funny to have near 100 damage with Noxious Blast...

I've actually been playing around with cooldown reduction items. The CD reduction is great for your Petrifying Gaze and for early game harassment, but that seems to be about it.

Don't just take my word for it though. Test it out yourself. Play testing is a necessity for any build to see how it's gonna work for you.

Defenetly a nice build, great harassement build, it does solve the mana consomption of my build which relies more on twin fang for its kills. Kinda curious to try out that build now, I mean you play alot of cat and mouse with it( thats what it was made for unless you decide to go for the kill.) but its cooldown and the fact its damage over time ( 3 sec if I recall. ) from my perspective its what annoys me... cant go for a quick kill, enemy can just run away for healing after a cast or 2, asumming they dont have any lifesteal items.

In this case, wouldnt cooldown items help abit ? Perhaps deathfire grasp ?
I'll give this build a try, maybe I'm wrong.

Understood. I wasn't on for a couple days. Just changed the items due to the patch. I had completely forgot about that. Thanks much for the suggestion on that. Don't worry no hating here. lol.

Nice work on the edit but we might need to exchange zhonyas for something else, id recommend Rabadons Deathcap :) That equals 533 AP by my calculations, without runes! dont hate if my maths is off...
