Cassiopeia Build Guide by Keondre

• You say that Cassio is an uncommon or unpopular pick, which is... umm, wrong :D In fact, she is one of the Top AP carries at the moment.
• Archangel's Staff. Eww, just don't like the item. I think it's underpowered on anyone, but Ryze. Even with all the spamming, it will take you a reeeeeeally long time to obtain the 1000 mana bonus with cassio. Not like the Arch Staff is bad, but almost every other AP item is better.
  Also, if you plan on getting it, you should rush Tear of the Goddess asap.
• Some of your lane matchups are a little wrong in difficulty estimation, imo. Basically, Cassiopeia wins vs. everyone who has less range then her (and that's about everyone). That's why she is considered very strong. It's hard/impossible to counter a well-played Cassio.
• Get Meditation over Swiftness in utility tree, again, my opinion. Cassio gets a great movespeed boost from her Q already. You don't really need that little bonus.
• Lich Bane isn't a very appealing choice for Cassiopeia since you barely have time to AA. Most of the time you will just be punching your E button to death :D I really want to know how much time per Cassio game my E button gets pressed xDDD
  So, there is very little time to auto attack on Cassio.
• Get scaling AP glyphs over flat ones, FOR SURE. They catch up by ~level 7 and give way better long term AP. That's just a fact.

Caster, Morgana can't shut down Cassiopeia, neither can Ahri or Fizz.
Last two have the killing potential, but that's just like running LeBlanc (which has worked for me, but I so totally realize that would Cassio be better, I wouldn't win, probably), a risky choice. A well played Cassio can do just fine in any of these lanes.
Morg can't shut down anyone, imho. Nor can anyone shut her down. Morgana's a freefarm ticket.

I agree that generally MS mastery>Mp5 mastery, but not on Cassio. Why do you care about 2% when you get 25% from Q? On the other hand, the more manaregen. you have as Cass the better. But generally yes, I would take Swiftness over Meditation too.

About runes... OMG!!!!!! ALBA WAS WRONG BY 1 LEVEL!!111
Btw, they haven't touched flat AP glyphs ;) Only magic pen. glyphs and AP quints.

Thanks for that. I am trying to fix that photobucket stuff. I am going to change out the photos as it looks terrible. I am trying to get all the pictures that I had on there onto tumblr or a different account. From my experience, a lot of people rush FoN because of my damage potential. And I do see Cassiopeia mostly in ranked games, but I hardly encounter her in normal games.

Alba, I'm quite sure they did. It was buffed from +0.9 AP to +1.2. Every small difference counts, in this case not really. Morgana can shut down Cassiopeia since she can constantly deal damage to Cassiopeia while moving, dodging her Noxious Blast. I'm talking about same skill level, these champs would prob stand out more.

By "constantly dealing damage" you mean drop a pool? :D

Cassio would take initial 1 tick of it, probably... And other then that, Morgana has no way to deal damage in lane. Q will never land, as there are tonns of minions and using the ult to harass is just too weird...

Imo, Morgana hardly has any harass in lane. She either kills you or just farms.
