Never thought about that, need to rethink it now anyways because of the new items and stuff.

Maybe Frozen Heart should be changed, it gives less armor and mana and also costs more now?
Also Trinity Forze got a nerf, it may still be really good for nasus but eventually it could be exanged for Frozen Mallet. The guaranted slow can be really good, in case you have to go after the apcarry you still want to use W on the adcarry (without frozen mallet it will be very hard to stick to the ap carry and Trinity's slow may not proc).
Just a few thoughts, I think you know better than me as I have little experience with Nasus.

You simply isn't enough tanky lategame, maybe sell spirit visage for warmogs and with that gain about 1000 more health. Then you would be enough tanky.
Besides that the guide is great.

*Sigh* I even quote in the masteries that you're the tank of the team. The items in general says that you're a tank and I only add some AD in the end so the towers gets pushed faster and so they have a good reason to focus you.

Ad nasus is not a good idea. He isn't supposed to be ad, Nasus is a tank not an adc.

No, lazarus. I'll field this suggestion.
Sure, it gives you goot mana and regen, but what ELSE does it give you? If you walk into lane with nasus after 1st buy with boots of speed and tear of the goddess, you will instantly lose your lane.

The reason I recommended gp10 is that if you're having a rough lane and getting harassed and denied cs, the gold generation will make up for lost income, and the hp regen on philo is extremely substantial. the 200 health also allows you to take more punishment. 99% of nasus' go at least 1 gp10 item. If your goal is to just sit in lane and afk farm, then you SHOULD go gp10 items to further increase your gold advantage. Chalice is fine though, against an ap lane. If against AD, I would rather go philo stone and ninja tabi over boots chalice.

I take the tear of the goddess b/c it upgrades to the manamune which gives you mana stack up to 1000 for every ability use and then 2% for every point of mana onto your AD. Plus it will sync with the other CDR items that add mana to your pool. It makes you rather powerful with a stacked Q. It was only sugestion not a set instone always use. And I don't generally encounter any lane problems with this in use. If anything with my runes and masteries it allows me to use my abilities even more and lane longer against almost any opponent.

Will consider some of it in the future situational items section. Can't work on it right now though.

I think your guide is excellent mate! I do have suggestion though on the Chalise of Harmony. Instead get the Tear of the Goddess. It gives excellent mana and mana regen plus stack mana up to 1000 for every time you use an ability. Then you upgrade to the Manamune 2% of your mana is converted to attack damage. This syncs well with most CDR items like RO and FH because they give you mana and thus extra AD. Just a thought but you definately get my vote! Cheers!

Looks very good, maybe add an optional items section, personally I switch IE for Randuin's Omen and Spirit Visage for Shurelya's Battlesong, since a farmed Nasus will have enough dmg on his Q already :3

Personally I don't think they are necessary because Spirit Visage and Frozen Heart plus the MR per level glyphs gives him so much resistance already. But I guess I could add one.
