Introduction

Disclaimer: I did not come up with this build. Chaox receives full credit. Everything is his except the runes and masteries. I am re-posting this for him on Mobafire because I want to share his/my knowledge of this build. This build originally came from <solomid.net>.

This guide is a jungle guide (hence the title). This is my first guide (if you can call it mine), so please offer positive feedback (please keep the negative to a minimum). I have used this build and it worked wonders.

Runes

I have chosen all S-Rank runes (basically the best ones) that will all help Rammus. The magic pen is to maximize whatever damage will will be dealing. Since he is based on armor, and seals make good armor runes, I chose armor seals (if you haven't already figured that out). I chose scaling magic resist glyphs because like all tanks, armor and magic resist are essential (glyphs make excellent MR runes). Movement speed Quints are generally good for all characters and will be used effectively in the jungle and with Rammus' powerball.

Masteries

Honestly, I don't know much about masteries so this section might need some work. My thought process was to get the summoner spell masteries while getting armor, and the buff masteries. So, do whatever you want to the masteries.

They are solid tank items. 'nuff said? I don't really know what else I should say...

Skill Sequence

So, powerball through the jungle and make sure to hit all the jungle creeps. It will make jungling much easier and faster. Also, use it to get around the map and gank. It is good its first three levels, but not as much its 4th and 5th. DBC is a very good ability and is very effective on creeps. They parctically kill themselves. Puncturing taunt is one of the longest taunts in the game (or maybe the longest). It maxes at 3 seconds and that can be used to tank, drag enemies into a turret, and even lower armor. His ulti is very usefull for kiting, chasing, and taking down towers. This makes Rammus a semi-pusher as well as an excellent tank.

Summoner Spells

Flash and Smite. The two best spells for jungling. Smite is a must and ensures buff kills (and dragon). Flash is usefull to initiate/gank, escape a counter jungler, and more stuff. Other summoner spells like exhaust, clairvoyance (I guess), fortify; stuff that will help the team as a whole. Maybe even the spells the support normally takes. But don't be mistaken, Flash and Smite surpass all of the others.
