Introduction

About the Author

This is your introduction. Write about who you are, your experience with the champion you're writing a guide for and what will be in your guide. The coding in this section is very simple and it is something you can copy and paste to use throughout your guide in a multitude of different ways. In order of coding appearance: tables, center, icons, text size, text colour, rule.

Each table begins with the “table” tag, followed by the “tr” tag which stands for row. Each “td” tag denotes a new column in that row. The “center” tag causes anything surrounded by the tag to appear at the center of the field. The “icon=championskin size=70” code is adjustable: you can change it to be any champion skin, champion, item, rune, mastery or summoner spell; you can also make the size smaller or larger. The “size=5” tag adjusts the size of the text, with size 5 being the biggest and size 1 the smallest. Similarly, the colour of the text can be changed by typing a common colour (blue, purple, red, etc) or by using a hex colour code like #FFFF00 which is yellow. Lastly, the five hyphens “-” creates a rule or line break across the page.

About Karthus

As you can see, you need to leave double enter spaces between tables. You can also see that it's easy to layer icons on top of each other to create neat effects. In terms of this simple table, you can copy and paste this coding as many times as you like to achieve the sense of paragraphs with nice icons to the left to break up the text.

You can use this space to talk a little more about your champion in general. Should you wish to include tooltips when talking about abilities, items, champions, masteries etc., simply add double brackets around the name like so: Ashe

Gameplay

Early Game

The early game is often called the “laning phase,” which is the first 10 or 15 minutes of a game when most champions are in their lanes and the junglers farming their jungle.

Explain your early game here. What might readers need to know in order to succeed with your champion in the first stages of the game? For laning guides, you might explain how to trade with your opponent and manage the minion wave, as well as noting at which levels and item purchases your champion is strong. For jungle guides, explain your typical jungle route(s) and how players can counter jungle or gank effectively. How much should your champion be farming minions versus fighting or ganking enemy champions? Explaining how to manage your wards is useful for any role.

You can talk about a many other gameplay tips here as well, these are just some examples.

Mid Game

The mid game is the stage of the game where assigned lanes start to break down and teams are more likely to roam, group or split-push. This usually starts when towers begin to fall.

Explain your mid game here. What are your champions strengths in the mid game? Is your champion a split pusher, looking to apply pressure to one lane and not get caught in the process? Should you grouping with your team to fight together for towers and epic jungle monsters? Should you be picking enemies off when they're alone with superior vision control?

Late Game

The late game is when several towers have been destroyed and teams fight for control of the Baron, Dragon and Inhibitors. Champions will start completing their item builds and many games will see both teams roaming as a group more often.

Explain your late game here. What is your champion's strengths and weaknesses in the late game? What is your role in team fights? Should you be looking to siege towers in a lane with your team? Pick off enemies in the jungle? Split-push? Engage fights from a flanking position? Engage and dive towers with your team?

What should your champion be focusing on in team fights? Protecting your team's carries? Diving and killing enemy threats? Bombarding the enemy from a safe position?
