Long sword at the beginning gives a good basis for early attack, as Graves is strong early game. After this boots and Zeal give an increased attack speed before tier 2 boots are introduced. Then it is a simple case of buying Attack Damage items with inevitable health if needed. Graves is an AD carry and with a lot of Farm he is very strong late game.
