Hi I am yoshi1hero and I am here to talk about an AP menace. With this build you will be able to burst out any foe, tank tons of damage, isolate targets, and out pace any champion out there.

You have a few viable options when choosing your summoner spells. I personally run with ghost ignite because I find the ghost highly useful when getting somewhere else quickly and I find invaluable when being chased. Ignite will help you burst out another a player as it adds in to more damage over time.

For runes I prefore magic pen marks for more damage, scaling armor seals for extra tankiness late game, mr per level glyths to reduce caster damage late game, and movement speed quints to allow me to move faster so that I can outrun all other champions.

You can get e max before q but I prefore maxing q first because his poison allows you to farm more easily and it allows one to pull a double when the jungle/mid/both gank you lane, due to it dealing constant damage rather than burst. You can also completely skip getting w until the very end however, I enjoy having it because it will help you tower dive the opposing champ when you get your ulti and towers won't target you for throwing out your slow meaning you can get up close to the other player flip them over your champ and from there you can either run all the way through their tower or you can run back and try to finish them off by path blocking and melees.

The point to our masteries is to help us execute any champion who stands in our way. With singed's poison, flip, and an ignite bursting out other players come quite easily and the movement masteries will help ensure you that you can out run any other champion who finds it amusing to also have movement quints. A lot of people over look singes passive I however, am not like a lot of people. The rod of ages is a perfect item for singed because it provides us with 3 things we love. Mana, Health points, and Ability Power. Further more we get 650 mana which translates to an extra 162.5 hp. When we get 2 we get an extra 325 hp just due to mana meaning that 2 Rod of Ages gives singed an extra 1585 health points which is quite a heft sum along with more damage and mana. The boots of swiftness make it easier for us to run around the enemy team in team fights giving singed more kills from his burst and sustain damage combo of his poison flip combo. Twin Shadows is great because it gives us movement speed and more ability damage along with homing ghosts that slow making chasing players in the jungle into a breeze. Liandry gives us even more magic pen and damage along with the abyssal sceptor.
