Silence can counter all mid champ's like Le'blanc, Brand and Zyra
Passive Give HP and Mana back when you farm
Feast will still keep you a bit tanky
Cons:
Low mana spare until your jungler gank
Low movement speed
Choice of items
[*] Berserkergreaves will boost your AS so your vorpal spikes will be better
[*] Nashor'stooth give you AP and AS so your vorpal spikes will do more Dmg and you attack faster
