Not Updated For Current Season
The masteries shown here are not yet updated for the current season, the guide author needs to set up the new masteries. As such, they will be different than the masteries you see in-game.
Greetings to my first guide. I try to show a ChoÂ´Gath who goes on ap but does not die easy.
Guess that was already here from 100 different ppl but one more wont hurt.... i guess.

Well what is there much to say? Red for magic pen to make those AP hurt harder Greater Mark of Magic Penetration.
Blue runes to hurt often and be less vunerable cause of shorter cd Glyph of Cooldown Reduction.
Yellow i find kinda hard do chose HP Greater Seal of Health or Evade ((Greater Seal of Evasion)), because for the other ones blue or red are much stronger. And finally quints Greater Quintessence of Health to start with some more hp, because i intend to start the game with ((Sapphire Crystal)).
I know Runes are some hard to decide choices if you dont have much experience so i will get at a later time and after some testing more detailed information for altenative Runes.
As for the Masteries i orientate myself to how do i make my AP work most effective and chose some more magic pen and cd reduction. Stuff like expanded mind is more or less to stay a LITTLE longer in the lane or get 1 or 2 more spells going before Bluepill back. Mana problems are best resolved by taking Blue Buff from Ancient Golem camp so we do not want to invest in items where we pay for mana reg.
As for Summoner Spells Ghost is good for chasing, running away, reaching a lane faster or cut off an escaping route. got some adventages over Flash and some disadventages too but all in all for my taste Ghost is fine. The second Spell is Ignite here but i guess Clarity, Flash, Exaust and Heal work to depending on Playstyle or preferences.
Well we start with one Point in Rupture, good for harass and minion kills. with the right timing and some experience this will hit with ppl who are fleeing or chasing even breaking an ulti like NunuÂ´s or KatarinaÂ´s ultis (or both hehe)
Feral Scream does damge to and silences, another good enemy controll technique maybe even canceling the enemys Ulti there we got two nice crowd controll skills already.
Vorpal Spikes will let us hit some more minions and even harass a little earyl game but in my opinion it is by far the least effective skill in thus Build so we try to max out the other 3 first but one point helps early game farming.
Feast is when ChoÂ´Gath gets hungry and ChoÂ´Gath has a big ans SCARY mouth wich does a pretty lot of dmg after a very short time of channeling. So donÂ´t try to feast on max range on a fleeing Master Yi it just gives you CD and you wont get the HP bonus from Killing something.
Well with this Build you aint squishy and you get pretty much every rest of dmg out of your AP and that is what we intend to do, survive and eat. So let us rephrase ChoÂ´Gath: NOMNOMNOM those champs really are hard to digest.
