Runes

I choose to mark attack speed because with vorpal spikes for perfect damage and if you buy Nashor's Tooth, it is AMAZING

I took in Seal Ability power per level for good damage in late game or you can take the Armor Tank build

The glyphs I took Magic Resist per level because in the Mid 90% of the enemy is mid AP Carry

I chose the Quints Ability power for great damage in early game and you also can take movement speed for easier dodging spells

Masteries

Durability-4 points for 108 health at 18 level is good!
Resistance-3 points for 5 Magic resist versus AP carry in early game is great!
Hardiness-1 point for 2 armor is oke.
Veteran's Scars-1 point for 30 Health is amazing!!!


Summoner's Wraith-1 point while is ignite is cooldown 5 attack damage and ability power.
Sorcery-3 points for 3% cooldown is oke.
Blast- 4 points for 18 ability power at 18 level is ok.
Arcane Knowledge-1 point for 8% magic pen is great!
Havoc-3 points increases 2% damage is cool!
Mental force-3 points for 6 ability power is good!
Spellsword-1 point for 5% of your ability power to each your basic hit with vorpal spikes is AMAZING
Archmage-4 points for 5% ability power is great damage
Executioner-1 point for increases damage 5% to targets below 50% health!

Spells

I took flash for easy escape from dangerous or catch enemy.You can use ghost but I more like flash.Ignite for bonus burst and free true damage.

Skill Sequence

I take on the first level vorpal spikes for easy farming. Then Feral Scream because it has a nice AOE and silence Enemy Champion + hit minions. Rupture and take at 4lvl on end becouse it spend a lot of mana and you need it only for run away or catch someone.Feast always max when you can (6,11,18). You need to farm minions for bonus health or kill champion with feast.When you have 6 stacks (max) don't waste it for minions!

Items

I always start with boots for easy run away form gank or escape enemy champion abilities.Then catalyst for bonus health and mana.After that go for Stinger and if enemy team have example AD carry with score 9/3 and AP carry 2/7 go hourglass after stinger.If is situation opposite then go abyssal scepter after stinger.Then finish sorcerer boots. After that go to Nashor's Tooth. Then go Rabadon's Deathcap and finish Rod Of Age. Then go abyssal scepter or hourglass and finish boots FUROR

Farming

You have your "e" for easy farm and when you can hit champion and minions with "w" do it.Don't farm with "q" and use feast only for 6 stack DON'T FARM MINIONS WITH FEAST WHEN YOU HAVE 6 STACKS.

Team Work

At the team fight try to stun AD carry with "q" and silence AP carry with "w" then finish them with ultimate and ignite.If your team losing defend your AD carry or AP carry with you CC.
