Hi, first guide and it is LAZY, but I have a theroy about Cho that has worked for me so it will be quick and to the point

Basically get to level 6 and go jungle waiting for your feast cooldown and get 6 stacks asap and then play smart and build your items and you should have an unbeliveable amount of health and you will do good, just play smart.

I am done here just use the feast til 6 stacks method before fighting other champs again and you should be untouchable for the most part.
