i like this guide, its like i play cho but i feel you need to include som resistance, zhonya hourglass or abyssal scepter could do the work and you dont need to sacrifice so much ap

-1. Firstly Greater Seal of Cooldown Reduction is a really idiotic rune. Secondly, Rod of Ages alone is not enough. Cho'Gath MUST have resistances, else he loses his stacks easily.
